Scheduling

Bookings are requests until confirmed by Bin Fresh. Service dates may shift due to weather, municipal pickup changes or route conditions; we will notify you of any change.

Access

Bins must be empty and placed curbside and accessible on your service date. Bins that are full, blocked or not out may be skipped and charged as a missed visit.

Cancellations & recurring plans

Recurring plans have no long-term contract and may be cancelled at any time with notice before your next scheduled visit. Annual plans are prepaid and prorated on cancellation.

Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the bin at no charge.
